From flat coastal cruisers to steep mountain climbs, Cyprus packs a surprising range of cycling terrain into a small island. Here's how to choose the right route, whatever your experience level.
Our Nicosia bike tour is designed as an easy, relaxed introduction to cycling in Cyprus — flat terrain, frequent stops, and a route through the Old Town and Downtown at a comfortable pace. It's a great choice if you haven't cycled in a while or are travelling with a mixed-ability group.
The Cape Greco bike tour follows the coastline from Protaras to Ayia Napa, passing Cyclops Cave, the Cape Greco cliffs and the Sea Caves. The route has some gentle climbs but is paced for enjoyment rather than speed, with plenty of stops for photos and swimming breaks.
For cyclists who want more of a workout, the Troodos bike and hike tour takes you along forest roads with real elevation gain, followed by a guided hike. A basic level of fitness is recommended, though the pace remains flexible.
Our 4-day Cyprus adventure combines multiple cycling days — coastal riding around Ayia Napa and Cape Greco, plus urban cycling in Nicosia — with hiking days in between, making it the most complete way to experience Cyprus by bike over a longer trip.
All our bike tours include the bicycle itself, a helmet and safety gear, drinking water and a first-aid kit, so you don't need to bring or rent your own equipment. Guides are fluent in English, Russian and German and will adjust the pace to match your group.
Tell us your fitness level and interests, and we'll match you to the right cycling tour.
